Malaysia Experience - KL and Genting

How r u? m bak agn with my weekly, this time combined weekly for 2 weeks. This may get long, but i hope u'll enjoy reading every word of it.

So Highlights of week4 (May12-16) -making this short coz will attach malaysia trip in next week highlights.
So last 2 last week, finally our search for new roomie ended, we got new roomie n he is from faridabad only n MVN passout, but very senior to me. he has already shifted now.
and since a long weekend was approaching coz monday was a public holiday, so we were planning to go to either of the two Indonesia (Batam or Bintan island) or Malaysia. so monday ko i gave my passport to get the visa for malaysia, but we heard that now visa for malaysia takes more than 3 days, around 4-5 days, so we kept the indonesia option open. but we all wanted to go to malaysia so we force the agent to get our visa done asap. agent told that u'll get the visa friday arnd 9 PM. wow, we had to leave on friday and also getting our visa done on friday itself. so we were 5 ppl who finally agreed for malaysia. " Hum Paanch (but boys) :)" so that week, went on planning the things like booking the hotel, expenses, travel and places. so we five left Singapore friday after Office to Johor Bahru (first Malaysia city after crossing the border, its just half an hr journey from my place). we were still doubtful whether we'll get the tickets or not coz it was a long weekend, but atleast we booked out return journey ticket by train, so that no1 can cancel at last moment (Cleverness...haha). As soon as we crossed the singapore border to malaysia by Land, we can feel the difference, malaysia would be arnd 3-4 yrs behind singapore in terms of cleanliness and maintaining traffic. firstly we booked our ticket to KL, got the last Bus tickets to KL @ 12.30. till thn we explored first city in malaysia i.e. Johor Bahru. We had Chapati (made of wheat) and dal thr. why i ve written 'made of wheat' coz here we get Capati and parata (note the spelling), they r made of maida, kind of speciality of malaysia n singapore. so reached KL by 5.45.

Day1 :first day we went to Petronas, The twin tower and KL tower. U can see the the top view of malaysia, its captured from KL tower. it is 268 metre abv the sea level, u cn feel the altitude diff by gng thru high speed lift. After covering KL n petronas, we went to Batu caves, u ccn see in the attachment. the temples r in mountains. We also found a Lil india place thr same as in sgpr, had dinner thr, and then went to see the petronas n KL tower in night. it looked simply B'ful.

Day2: we went to Sunway laggon, a theme park thr, enjoyed water rides thr, but seriously telling, Mumbai water kingdom is much better than this. then in the afternoon, we left for genting Highlands, a 45min journey from KL, its 6000Ft abv the sea level. wow, the roads were so good, a highway n expressway in mountaneous region, cars were driving @ 100-120. enjoy the sightseeing and reached our resort "Awana Genting Resort". then we took a cable car which is 3.4 Km long(Auli is still the longest) and took us abv the clouds. then just phataphat we had dinner n enetered Casino. Wow, "Jomaine socha tha waisa nikla", it was really gr8. 1360 machines n 55000 workers in that casino, n so lively inside. Luckily we found 1 bangladeshi, he make us understand quite a few games. And after learning that which has higher probability to win, we entered the "run infact moneybhumi". i started with RM 20(20 Ringitts). My neighbours ek sath me RM1000 lga rahe the, n seedha double ya triple kar rahe the. Hum chote log seedha Rm 5 se shuru , kabhi 20 ke 5 ho jate aur kabhi 20 ke 35, bas ek bar maine bda haath mara, seedha RM 10 ke RM 70 kar liye, profit of RM 60, i ws about the leave the game at that moment, but dosto "lalach buru bala h", mein nhi nikal paya, n finally ended with -RM40 :((((((. Kind of learning. but we survived and played till last game that was 3.40AM. and then came back to our resort, it was really cold outside totally surrounded by fog.

Day3: This time we got up relatively early 8.30 Am, enjoyed the scenic beauty outside. our plan was to enjoy the recreation facility @ hotel. So played Squash, archery, went for swimming, Gym, Snooker, TT and went for a walk at golf course, a big golf course. But we didnt have a chance to play, coz we were not members :( koi nhi enjoyed the lovely greenary. Then we went agn to genting highlands thru cable car, actually we were behind our schedule. So we just went outside the inner and outer theme park. the games was more or less we were done at Sunway lagoon. So we just clicked sm pictures and came bk to KL to board our train to Singapore. so early morning we reached bak and joined office.

Other than Malaysia, office continued throughout the week. Then on weekends, thr were few ppl (south indians) playing cricket. i joined them and refreshed myself. On sunday, i went for a dinner with my colleague Brother (Those who know: Digvijay Brother), had a good time, and today its agn start of week huffffffffffffffffff, monday morning.
